When you purchase from Sydney 4X4 Accessories means that you accept the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements.  

This website contains numerous trademarks which can belong to both our company and third parties. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

Our company is located in Sydney, Australia and the laws of the state of New South Wales shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.

Sydney4X4accessories Returns Policy 

To request a return, please notify Sydney4x4accessories via the contact Support Centre within 14 days of taking delivery of your product.  An RMA number must accompany the item and can be received via email from the Support Centre.

You must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return. We will give all return details once contacted. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging including all accessories. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, Sydney4x4accessories reserves the right for a complete assessment of the item once received. If assessed as faulty or damaged, Sydney4x4accessories will send a replacement item subject to stock availability. If unavailable at the time of return, a credit or refund for the purchase price minus postage costs will be issued. 

Sydney4x4accessories.com will contact you within 7 business days of receiving the faulty or damaged goods via phone or an assessment notice via email.

If the item was sent with free shipping, a 20% fee to cover postage, handling and restocking will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Please note in the case of delivery delays for returns, Sydney4x4accessories will not be held responsible. We recommend using a traceable delivery method, e.g. registered post, and taking note of your tracking number. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly delivered goods. An invoice or a copy of the original invoice must accompany the item return for all refunds and exchanges.

Copies of your invoice can be attained via your order history when you log into your account on Sydney4x4accessories. All monies will be refunded to the credit card from which original payment was received. If the credit card has been cancelled or has expired please email us via the Support Centre to request an alternative method of refund.

Refunds will be issued as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with email acknowledgement.
